The building is made of precast concrete covered with small ceramic tiles.
Our job was to map out and remove potentially unsafe drummy tiles and spalling concrete and re-patch these areas to stop ingress of water.
Around 30 kg of spalling concrete and loose tiles have been removed from areas above pedestrian traffic and re-patched.
