At Safetek we employ a team of rope access professionals skilled in all facets of building maintenance, height safety installations and cleaning.
We are a Sydney based company that provide a wide range of services for rope access, building maintenance and height safety solutions. With over 40 years of combined expertise, we are a fully insured and licensed company (355482C) that provides high-quality cost-effective solutions for your building.
Since 2006 we have been servicing the Sydney area, Wollongong, Newcastle and other parts of NSW and ACT, however, occasionally travel to the wider regions of Australia, to tackle all those interesting jobs our clients throw at us.

About Our Team

Company Director, James Alexander, has over 25 years of experience in rope access, height safety, and building maintenance services. James is a level 3 IRATA rope access tech, holds a current painting and decorating licence (33186C), Cert III in waterproofing, rigging high risk works license and working safely at heights certificate. He is also confined space/gas test atmosphere trained and a senior first-aid personnel.

Our team is made up of dedicated, highly skilled and experienced IRATA rope access technicians. Our site supervisor, Matteo Venturini has 16+ years’ experience in painting and remedial repairs. He is an IRATA level 2 with 8+ years of experience working at heights. Matteo prides himself on the high-quality painting and remedial work he produces.

Our project management team ensures all works are carried out to the highest standard. They are present all times to liaise between tenants/strata and site supervisors, with weekly detailed progress reporting on each job. We believe that good communication with the client is key to providing a good service.

We believe that our mix of experience and skills can provide you with the highest level of safety and quality to any size job, from height safety installations to large painting and remedial projects.
All anchor points that we install can be used for both rope access and fall arrest. No excuses ever!
